The drinks rep plans and budgets for the huge number of drinks that will be consumed (involves plenty of cocktail tasting).
The entertainment rep arranges entertainment for the night - dodgems, shisha or anything you like!
The marketing rep promotes the event to alumni, Exeter students and beyond through the creation and management of our own website, social media and graphic design.
The ticketing rep is responsible for organising, promoting and selling tickets via the FIXR platform.
The music rep chooses and organises the live performers and DJs who will keep us dancing through the night.
The 3 site designers are in charge of the rather large task of designing the entire setup and decoration of the event - everything from portaloos to fairy lights. Great one for a few friends.
